Edsential are looking to recruit a part time **Tutor **within our **Outdoor Residential Service**, with the potential for overtime available.
The Centres
Our Cheshire Centres, Tattenhall, Burwardsley and Delamere, welcome groups of young people for Outdoor Education and Arts courses year-round. The centres are linked with The Conway Centre: Anglesey which is part of Edsential Residential.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed tutor to join our team and teach high quality Outdoor Education courses that our customer groups return for year after year. The role will involve sharing the responsibility for the preparation, planning, co-ordination and evaluation of the outdoor residential courses. As well as inducting guests and assisting to maintain equipment and facilities, whist working closely with the outdoor team and adhering to our risk management processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher, teaching assistant or tutor who’s background will allow them to demonstrate a calm, considered and professional approach to working with a diverse clientele, who may require additional support or considerations. You would need to be comfortable working with a class of primary children and enthusiastic about working in the outdoors.

Our Cheshire Centres are an excellent location to continue developing your outdoor career. If you are invited for an interview this will involve practical involvement in a session as well as a face to face interview.

Edsential supports schools with Catering, Cleaning, Creative and Performing Arts, Governors, Health and Wellbeing, Music, Residential and Curriculum Support.
