Bank Healthcare Support Worker

Our Mental Health services are looking for Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank and support teams in Bridgend.
We have regular shifts available for band 2 and band 3 HCSWs in the following areas:
Adult Mental Health (Ward 14)
Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU)
Older Peoples Mental Health (Angelton Clinic)
Child and Adolescent Mental Health CAMHS (Ty Llidiard)
You will be delivering specific components of the service users care plan as delegated by the Registered Nurse and will be regularly required to work without direct supervision.
English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
**Key duties include**:
Working with multi-disciplinary teams under the direction of a Registered Nurse
Deliver health care within the Care and Treatment Plan
Provide support to service users on an individual and on a group basis within the inpatient service
With support from the Registered Nurses, be responsible for and manage own workload and safety
Participate in supervision from Registered Nurses
Actively participate in continuing professional development through the Knowledge and Skills Framework
