As our Social and Paid Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Beboc's online presence.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage, analyse, and optimise our organic social media and paid media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

**What will you be doing?**

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll create campaigns to align with Beboc’s overall marketing goals.

Staying updated on the latest social media and paid media trends, tools, and best practices, you’ll identify new platforms and opportunities to expand Beboc’s digital reach.

Social Media
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Beboc’s brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Create visually engaging and high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy).
- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, report insights, and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.

Paid Media Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract target audiences and generate conversions.
- Monitor campaign budgets, A/B test creative, and adjust bids to ensure optimal ROI.
- Perform audience segmentation and targeting to refine campaign strategies and enhance results.
- Test innovative strategies and formats to improve campaign performance.
- Provide detailed performance reports, including ROI, CTR, and CPC metrics, with actionable recommendations for improvement.

**Your salary**

Depending upon your experience, your salary is negotiable up to £30k.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 1 year (required)

- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
