**Pay**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year **Job description**: About the Academy This prestigious residential sports academy in Motherwell, Scotland specializes in offering international students aged 17-23 a transformative 9-month program combining elite sports training with world-class education. Since 2011, it has positively impacted the lives of over 500 athletes globally through a proven residential program. The academy collaborates with a prominent football club academy for upcoming seasons. Accreditations & Partnerships: - Member of Scottish Football Association since 2014 - National Club License Holder - Holder of Scottish FA Silver Quality Mark Award - Education partnerships with local colleges and language institutions - Sports partnerships include a professional football club and several rugby clubs in Glasgow Position Overview Seeking an exceptional Head Coach to lead this international sports academy and drive the development of young athletes in a multicultural, residential environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the next generation of global talent while working in Scotland’s vibrant sporting landscape.
