**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sutton. As a Under Two's Practitioner, you will be responsible for working alongside the team to create a thriving and nurturing environment. You will ensure that the care of children aged 3-23 months is of the highest standard and demonstrate passion, inspiration and a caring attribute to all that you do. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating weekly plans and activities, liaising with parents, supervising children and working well within a small team. It is crucial for us that our employees love what they do and have a positive approach at all times to ensure that the best care and education for our Magdalen children is provided.

**Qualifications**
- Early Years Level 2 or above (eg. CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and Education)
- Proven experience working within a baby/toddler room or similar role in a childcare setting
- The ability to work as part of a team and to liaise positively with parents and other professionals
- Good knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and safeguarding children policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education

Pay: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
