**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice in providing excellent administrative support and customer service to our patients. The position is initially for maternity cover with possible permanent placement.

**Duties**:

- Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the dental practice

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is not essential
- training will be provided
- Proficient in using office software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
