**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update case management systems accordingly.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Play a part in the smooth running of a small office

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent client service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable manner.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including document management and data entry..
- A strong team working ethic and happy to support colleagues across the office
