A fantastic opportunity had arisen for an experienced an Office Administrator to join our team at Brookdale Care Home at the award-winning Millennium Care group.

**Role Overview**

**Role expectations**:

- **General Administration task such as posting of job advertisements, general communication with wider organisation, compiling data and producing reports, ordering, dealing with post, general invoicing,**:

- **Dealing with residents funds and petty cash**:

- **Collating and preparing payroll information for Finance Department**:

- **Completing DBS checks and inducting new starters**:

- **Managing recruitment and personnel files**:

- **Management of diaries**:

- **Arranging meetings and greeting visitors**:

- **Conducting show rounds and managing initial enquiries**:

- **Answering and directing calls**:

- **Minute meetings**:

- **This list is not exhaustive**

**Working Hours**:
40 hours a week Monday - Friday

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a previous administration role
- Effective time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
