The role will be integral to liaising with Project managers, suppliers, freight forwarders from all different contractors to create and manage the forecasting for all of the Wincanton/EDF warehouses.

**Day to Day**
- Material planning across the EDF Wincanton contract - liaising with multiple Project Managers to create a 16 week schedule
- Work with departmental managers to accurately communicate inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure all requirements can be adhered to, Care and Maintenance plans for the material.
- Consider data and metrics that can assist in forecasting and space utilisation.
- Present project plans to senior management, clients, and colleagues
- Collaborate with and educate expeditors, project managers and stakeholders to accurately gather shipment details.
- Assist the team in collating all the relevant and required documentation to receipt deliveries.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and improvement of processes across the contract and company.

**What will you bring?**
- Strong Microsoft App experience; especially Excel
- Management of stakeholders and multiple projects at one time
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
- Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade.
- Nuclear or similar background - desirable
- Engineering background or technical industry - desirable
