The Cleaning Duties are expected to be delivered to NHS Cleaning standards and all tasks will be within Patient Facing Wards or communal areas and therefore having experience in this field is essential as this environment is very high paced and standards of cleanliness are high. You must be prepared to deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for Hospital and its Patients. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
- Has experience as a Cleaning Operative within a NHS Hospital or Care Home Environment. This is essential to obtain an interview.
- Fully capable of understanding and maintaining the confidentiality across the site and respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
- Works well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of their roles.
- Demonstrates forward thinking/planning, with a positive and can-do attitude and can flex their style to meet the needs of the business.
- Can effectively plan and manage own workloads, however, understands when to ask for support when needed.
- Represents Mitie and the client always in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
- A team player with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
- This is a full time role with Shifts based at either Weekday Early Shifts or Weekday Late Shifts and Weekends and Nights also. Flexibility needed for all applicants
