We're looking for a hands-on Catering Supervisor for our site in Chetwode (MK18 4LA), this will involve overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of one of our onsite Operations **Responsibilities**: - Shift Management - Stock Control - Operational Standards and Documentation - Training & Development - Delivering a Great Customer Service culture with your team - Delivering a "Working in a Team" culture - General Kitchen Duties **Skills**: - Keen eye for detail - Ability to train, coach and inspire others - Passion for food and customer service - Clear Communicator both verbally and written - Professional attitude with a sense of humour **Working Hours**: - Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday - 06.30am - 15:30pm - Payrate: £12.50 per hour **DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL** Pay: £12.50 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week **Benefits**: - Company events - Discounted or free food - Employee discount - Free or subsidised travel - Free parking - Gym membership - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Application question(s): - Do you have your own transport? - Can you work the advertised hours?
