We are looking for a Social Media executive to join this fast growing tech company in Manchester. You will have an influencer mindset when it comes to organic and paid social marketing, along with a data & analytical approach. If the analytics side of marketingreally does interest you, then this role will be perfect for you. You will be working alongside the Head of Marketing, somebody with 15+ years experience and will act as a great role model for you to advance your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for both paid and organic channels, aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring content is consistent with brand messaging and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage relationships with influencer partners, creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall social media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of social media activities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms, and incorporate these into the company's social media strategy.

**Nice to haves**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on paid and organic social.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and an ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
