**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Administrator to join our team at Perth Autism Support.

With a background in finance administration or administration, the role will support the day to day finance functions of the organisation as part our Finance Team and wider administration team.

Please note: We have been granted funding through PKC’s Futures For All Employer Recruitment Incentive, therefore applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Unemployed and seeking work
- Reside in the Perth and Kinross area

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Responsibility for purchase ledger process, adhering to appropriate controls and ensuring accurate supplier data is maintained
- Invoicing, adhering to controls and timescales
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable and debtor management
- Preparation of payroll information (payroll is outsourced)
- Administration of staff expenses claims

**Skills**
- Strong administration background
- Some experience within finance administration
- Good numeracy skills and high attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to work within a small team
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office, experience of accounts software packages would be advantageous particularly Xero
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles would be desirable
- Some knowledge of payroll preparation would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously
- Open and skilled communicator
- Ability to manage a busy workload, demonstrating a solution focussed approach with good planning skills
- Keen and curious to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£16,200.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
