Security Duty Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional role model to assist in managing the day to day operation of approx. 40 team members and ensure that all duties are carried out effectively and professionally whilst maintaining high levels of communication between all teamand Managers across the resort.
You will be reporting to the Resort Safety Manager and ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure environment for both our guests and team whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Ensuring the safety of both our guests and team members
Maintain strong communication within the department and across the resort
Identifying, monitoring and resolving any performance issues
Deal with external bodies such as the Emergency Services and local council professionally and efficiently
To support and develop the Resort Safety Team to ensure a high standard of guest and team care that will be delivered across the resort
To work alongside the Resort Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all company’s policies, procedures and all relevant legislation
To maintain effective monitoring and reporting systems
SIA badge Door Supervisor License are essential
First Aid Trained
Be able to motive their team and have a developed outlook on the Department, to have a strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline combined with being approachable when dealing with Team, Guests, and Visitors
Have experience in a Supervisory role with knowledge of the security industry
Have good communication skills
Be a committed Team Player including being flexible when working irregular shifts (The Resort is operational 24/7, 365 days per year)
Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
Have a problem-solving attitude, with a hands-on approach
Be confident to work on own initiative when making decisions
