This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the thriving lettings department within this successful independent estate agency in Marylebone.

The company specialises in residential sales, lettings and investment, property management and finance and predominantly covers Paddington, Marylebone and Regents Park. A working knowledge of this area would be beneficial, though not essential. Our clientis looking to recruit a lettings professional who can demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and strong listing skills

This position will come with an excellent basic salary of c. £25,000, plus attractive on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £55,000. A driving licence is not required for this position.

This is a Monday to Friday role. NO WEEKENDS
