Wholefood Earth is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As our company continues to expand, we need someone who excels in providing exceptional customer service with efficiency and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects positively on our company.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their orders, providing updates as needed.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, adapting your approach to suit each customer's preferences.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Education: A-Levels, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferential.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00, with occasional Saturdays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in independently writing larger texts, including user knowledge articles, FAQs, and guides, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
- Experience in creating content that addresses common user queries and concerns, offering clear and actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in existing content and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience.
- A passion for helping users succeed and a dedication to delivering high-quality, user-centric content that adds value.
- Ability to independently write comprehensive user knowledge articles and FAQs
- Interest in our products and willingness to learn about them to better assist customers.
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels and software platforms.
- Feedback-oriented mindset, open to receiving and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and the importance of customer care in brand building.
