Human Resource Officer

The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College through the delivery of the People Strategy.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced generalist HR practitioner who is a graduate member of the CIPD, or willing to achieve Level 5 CIPD qualification, to join our team as HR Officer. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the front of house Human Resources Advisor team and ensure that managers, staff and other stakeholders receive a high standard of customer care. You will co-ordinate the implementation of continuous improvement for the HR transational service and co-ordinate the accurate and timely input of data ensuring it is compliant with the relevant regulations and legislation. You will also identify and advise on trends identified in those data reports and make recommenations on areas for improvment.. **Salary**:Job family Group 4 (Pay range SCP 22 to SCP 26)**

**£28,665 - £32,174**

(depending on qualifications and experience). There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.

**Hours: 37 hours per week**, 1.0 FTE, Permanent**
