Electrical Facilities Engineer - Wolverhampton. c£30k.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated, ambitious, positive Facilities Engineer to join a small, close knit Estates team based at a Healthcare site in Wolverhampton.

The company is responsible for Facilities Management and medical equipment maintenance and compliance with some project works.

You will help support the business with hands on FM requirements including maintenance of pipework, valves, sanitary ware, radiators, building fabric, carpentry, stud walls, EICR testing, fire doors, manual labour, stud walls, escorting contractors, projectand pre-installation works.

This position will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to join a well established, well disciplined and highly skilled team with excellent training and development possibilities.

Previous exposure to a hands on Facilities maintenance role is required and you must have a can do, positive attitude to work.
