Mobile Grounds Maintenence and Cleaning Operative

**JOB DISCRIPTION SENIOR MOBILE CARETAKER**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and **customer focused individual**, that has some experience in**supervisory cleaning, handyman experience** **to complete some minor repairs would be beneficial**, based in **THE HERTFORDSHIRE AREA.** The role includes company van, all equipment and company uniform, along with full training provided.

What will your day look like?
- We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Property Caretaker, working within a mobile team, based in THE HERTFORDSHIRE AREA.
- Core working hours are 8:00am to 4.30pm on site, Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be required complete the Grounds Maintenance and the cleaning on sites, with the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks, along with your team.
- You will carry out cleaning tasks, and adhoc works, and have the capacity to perform minor maintenance, No Trade Qualifications Required.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.

**What makes a successful Senior Mobile Property Caretaker?**
- You will show a keen interest in minor maintenance, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the **Hertfordshire Area** to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off if required.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
