Plant Administrator

MJL Plant is expanding...

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, fun individual to join our Plant Team

Duties will be including the following:

- Booking In Vans for MOT’s, Services and Repair Work
- Logging Orders on our database
- Collating Van / Machine Check Sheets and recording information
- Dealing with new Van Deliveries
- Organising Sign writing / Trackers and Fuel Cards for new Vans
- Keeping a database of our Van list / drivers
- Driving Licence Checks / New Starters are ok to drive
- Vehicle Taxes
- Van and Plant Filing
- Tamar Tags and Tamar Tag Top Ups
- Assisting with Lifting Equipment Testing Administration
- Assisting with Small Tool Calibration Administration

**Experience**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Driving Licence (preferred)

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
