Following a consistently strong performance, our client who is an exciting manufacturing company, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team. **What does the role involve?**

The company is looking for a hard-working individual who can support the day-to-day running of the finance team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- _ Providing purchase ledger invoice processing_
- _ Providing credit control support_
- _ Input into the credit projection process for major customers_
- _ Provide month end support on the general ledger_
- _ Provide operational accounting support to overseas subsidiaries_
- _ Provide reports to internal stakeholders_
- _ Undertake ad-hoc analysis of general ledger spend_
- _ Maintaining filing of financial documents daily_
- _ Month end support_

**Who would be the right fit?**
- _ Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role_
- _ Excellent telephone manner and confidence_
- _ Must be dynamic and proactive_
- _ Excellent accuracy and attention to detail_
- _ Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload_
- _ Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential_
- _ Excellent ability to use initiative, problem solve and resolve issues_
