**The Role**

Due to the continued growth of the organisation, we are looking for experienced care assistants, support workers and community carers to support our client, who is a young adult in his late 20’s. He requires support in the community, to access a range of activities and therapies he requires to maintain his physical and psychological well-being.

Our client lives with his family, whom he enjoys spending time with. He is very sociable, caring and has a great sense of humour with a love for animals, arts and crafts.

**Clinical Needs**

Our client has a range of medical conditions that include epilepsy, learning difficulties, severe and profound speech, and language disorder and PTSD, that impact on his ability to live independently.

Support workers need to be skilled in using his communication aids and have an understanding of how his medical conditions impact on his day-to-day life (training will be provided).

**You’ll need**
- A minimum of 3 months hands on experience in care.
- You must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
