We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated domestic cleaner who is looking for regular work via a long term position within a young, energetic and fast-growing company, on a contract or self-employed basis.

**Role**:

- Carrying out routine communal property cleans in our houses: such as kitchens, hallways, living space, shared bathrooms
- Servicing fire alarm systems upon property visits (training provided)
- Obtaining Utility readings / reporting to compliance manager (training provided)
- Conducting check-in/check out cleans when required: bedrooms/en-suites.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent work ethic and high standard of cleanliness
- Keen desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Good time management skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible working hours
- Full drivers licence and own car

**What you can expect to learn working at Now Rooms Liverpool**:

- Face to face customer service
- Understanding of Shared-Housing Fire Alarms Systems
- How to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
