Since 2004, LCH has grown to become one of the most well-respected providers of luxury cars in the UK. We deliver bespoke car hire, car replacement and management services for chauffeur and private hire businesses, manufacturers, dealerships and insurance companies.

Our team strive to deliver a service that fulfils the most specific requirements, so that our customers enjoy the perfect luxury car experience at every step of the journey.

**The individual will have responsibility for moving vehicles to and from customers in an efficient and professional manner.** You will be expected to conduct a professional hand-over on delivery, whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring you record all information as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Hand-over vehicles at delivery, recording all information as required
- Represent LCH and LCH clients in a professional manner to customers at all times
- Inspect vehicles prior to leaving site and with customer on handover / collection
- Provide product knowledge to customers at handover and give assistance as required by the customer
- Ensure most efficient and cost-effective travel methods always used between jobs (this will involve use of public transport)
- May occasionally be required to cover long distance routes, including overnight stays
- Maintain regular contact with Transport team when experiencing issues

- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change at short notice
- Knowledge of relevant Road Traffic Acts
- Ability to use / complete paperwork as required
- Ability to effectively plan own work
- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends (we operate 7 days a week so shift patterns will include weekday and weekend working)
- Held a full clean driving license of over 2 years

Basic salary £25,000.00 per annum, OTE £27,000.00 per annum (with overtime).
