**Office Administrator Job Summary**

Pennine Aggregates are looking for a full-time, experienced office administrator to join our friendly team. The position will play a vital role in the customer service and organisational strength of the company.
- **Shift pattern**

Rate -Up to 30k per annum

Full time

Permanent position

Company pension contributions up to 6%

Up to 35 days annual leave including bank hols.
- **Office Administrator Responsibilities and Duties**

Conducting clerical duties including:

- Order processing
- Preparing documentation
- Arrangement of transport for orders
- Filing
- Invoice checking
- Liaising with production/ office staff
- Dealing with customer issues
- Keeping stock of offices supplies and PPE and place orders when necessary
- **Office Administrator Qualifications and Skills**

Previous office experience is essential.

Outstanding communication and multitasking skills

Excellent organisation and teamwork skills

Experience in Microsoft Office is essential

Experience in Sage 50 is preferred.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Office based: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location
