Senior Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Senior Support Workers with good communication skills to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.
At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.
You will be required to refund the Access NI cost of £33.00 to Autism Initiatives if you leave your employment within six months of your commencement date.

**Essential Criteria**:
- One year experience of supporting autistic people or people with developmental / learning disabilities
- Must be flexible Mon - Sun, days, evenings, waking nights, sleepovers
- A UK driving licence is advantageous
- Be flexible to work according to the needs of our services
- Caring, passionate and enthusiastic
