- **What you’ll get to do**_
Supporting with the design and embedding of a robust quality assurance framework within the Transitional Services division. Delivering high-quality, robust and professional audits and reviews and reporting. Supporting operational colleagues with their understanding of quality assurance information.
To support the Quality and Risk Director and the Head of Assurance in developing a robust quality assurance framework which enables the Transitional Services division to successfully identify and mitigate quality challenges and wider areas of risk, while also striving for continuous improvement.
- **What we’re looking for from you**_
- Experience of working in the care sector, ideally with young people.
- Working knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory frameworks. (Ofsted)
- Experience of completing audits and supporting colleagues to implement robust action plans.
- An interest in challenging traditional ways of thinking.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment.
- An excellent communicator - verbal and written.
- A true relationship builder who invests in developing partnership ways of working.
- Solutions orientated and analytical mindset.
- Professional service mentality.
- Firm but fair.
- Calm and compassionate.
- A willingness to travel regularly (with some overnight stays)
