**Supply Chain Administrator**

Within Ocado's Planning and Supply Chain Function sits the Supply Chain Administration Team, who are an integral part of keeping the Supply Chain function operating.

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to help Supply Chain operate even more efficiently, by completing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will work closely with Demand Managers as well as Suppliers to solve any problems with the setup of our products.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Set up new products on our systems so that they can be displayed on the WebShop and stored in our CFCs
- Accurately and efficiently input product data into our systems (such as product description, life, cost, price etc.)
- Manage the supplier setup process within our systems and communicate clearly with suppliers throughout
- Maintain our EDI relationships with our suppliers and create new ones as needed. EDI is the industry standard method of transmitting Purchase Orders from retailers to suppliers
- Complete a number of daily checks on a wide variety of data sources. Where errors are found, correct them to ensure that the business operates as efficiently as possible

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience within a fast paced administration role
- A logical approach to maintaining large amounts of supplier and product data is important
- This role will involve lots of interaction with external suppliers and other departments so strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

**Working Hours**:
This role is to primarily work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, however due to the nature of our business, you may be required to work an occasional Weekend during busy times.
