- T-SQL programming
- Knowledge of database structures and SQL
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery
- SQL Database administration (desirable)
- Experience of interacting with web services (desirable)
- Data manipulation and analysis (desirable)
- Management of development projects and system implementation
- Significant programming / scripting experience
- Version control system experience (ideally GIT)
- High degree of computer literacy
- Experience managing junior developers
- Knowledge of HR and Finance business processes (desirable)
