Void Cleaner

Your Option has a great opportunity for Void & End of Tenancy cleaners to join us in the **Newcastle Upon Tyne** area.

This is a part time role working between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

**About you**:
You are reliable and wanting to work well in an enjoyable and supportive team. You have experience in Void / End of Tenancy cleans.

**Job Duties**:

- To carry out all allocated cleaning activities to the specification completely, safely and within the required timescales
- Perform cleaning tasks on empty properties, confidently working alone or within a team
- To work within the requirements of Your Option Health & Safety policy; having specific regard to colour coding, COSHH, Risk Assessments and safe working practices
- Attend regular meetings with the Cleaning Supervisor

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
