A permanent part-time/full-time position has arisen at a company based in Llanelli, who are looking for an Office Junior to join their team.

NO EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

Varied job role including:

- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary and allocating the calls through to the correct department.
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing point of sale and post.
- Weekly stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date, ordering more when necessary
- Photocopying
- Maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, faxes, etc).
- Providing support to the office staff during busy periods
- Office cover during holidays

Essential requirements:

- Very organized, friendly and helpful, trustworthy and reliable
- Flexible and able to prioritize a changing to-do list
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Confident with all MS office packages (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Data input skills.
- Polite telephone manner, articulate and a good communicator
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
