**FLAMINGO FLOWERS require : Stores Line Leader (Weston site)**

**Working Pattern: Wednesday to Saturday Day shift**

As an Stores Line lead you will be responsible for organising and leading operatives for the storing, palletizing, preparing and conditioning of flowers as well as various raw material products ensuring all product is processed on time, in full and to the required internal and external customer specifications.

To work as a member of the team to ensure that targets are achieved in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

Responsible for delivering KPI’s whilst driving departmental improvements
