**About the role**

Transform Housing & Support is recruiting a local multi trade operative to join our repairs team to maintain our supported housing property portfolio throughout Surrey and surrounding areas.

The work is varied and rewarding with a salary of £27,000 and excellent benefits package including contributory pension scheme, sick pay, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and company vehicle.

**About you**

We’re ideally looking for someone with:
Ability to understand schedule of works covering multiple trades and able to understand works orders, complete timesheets and log materials used.

Knowledge and understanding of health and safety relating to building maintenance tasks in residential properties.

Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity issues.

Ability to work in a team or alone.

Organise own workload including making access arrangements with clients and housing support colleagues.
