You will ensure the safety and compliance of all Reckitt products in all markets by managing the creation, maintenance, continuous improvement and deployment of the Quality policies and procedures for the RB Global Quality Management System (QMS) You will be responsible for the implementation, management and monitoring of the RB Global Quality Management System. Working closely with compliance colleagues in Health, Hygiene and Nutrition:

- Ensures that the Global Quality Management Systems meets current regulatory requirements and RB internal standards, and anticipating future changes as defined within the requirements of the RB Quality Manual
- Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the Global QMS through the proactive identification of technology and new ways of working that drives engagement and adoption within the business unit
- Proactively ensures Key Performance Indicators and other measures are reviewed and trended to ensure any required changes are captured in revisions to the standards. Manages key QMS data to support reviews, deployment, and QMS systems
- Partner with teams of Subject Matter experts to review and enhance the Global Policies and procedures of the team.
- Learn and adopt best practice for documentation, to give documents a modern sleek feel that is simple for end users to follow.
- Design and deliver training webinars on QMS documents as part of the process of embedding new and changed procedures and policies.

**You’ll succeed because**

you’ve a scientific background and you understand Regulatory Affairs. You:

- High level of expertise in technical writing of technical documents e.g. Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Guidance, and work instructions
- Understanding of the full product life cycle including R&D, Manufacture and Distribution etc.
- Experienced in implementing technological solutions, with a passion for innovating and ability to leverage common tools, underpinned by strong data analytics understanding
- Experienced and driven Leader committed to developing & inspiring others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral with experience of providing training in a global company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, develop tactics and measurable implementation plans and able to transform solid thinking into action
- Strong collaboration, partnership, influencing and facilitation skills, capable of working vertically and horizontally in the organisation
