My client is a well established and highly successful tech company, looking for a **QA Automation Tester** proficient with **Cypress **and **Playwright**.

This is a **full time, permanent, on-site **position - **5 days in Wimbledon office**.

Their SaaS web app is a complex product with a large variety of features and modules. You will be working with two other QA Automation Testers creating reliable, repeatable E2E tests. They use Cypress but are about to migrate to Playwright.

**What you will do**
- Own, maintain and build on automated testing suite, ensuring its efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to understand new and existing features, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Influence key decisions regarding the architecture and design of our automated tests.
- Coordinate with manual testing team, fostering seamless collaboration and maximising efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing migration of Cypress test suite to Playwright whilst driving advancements in testing methodologies.

**Skills / experience**:

- Testing Expert & Innovation Enthusiast: Showcase your proficiency in reliable **E2E testing, utilising Playwright, Cypress and other automated testing tools**. Demonstrate your deep understanding of testing methodologies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficiency.
- CI/CD Integration: Seamlessly **integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines** and be the driving force behind resolving test flakiness for consistently reliable results.
- SaaS Testing: Navigate the intricacies of **testing complex SaaS products**, ensuring their robustness and top-notch performance.
- **Playwright Network Mocking & API Testing**: Exhibit your mastery in Playwright network mocking and API testing, validating interactions and simulating responses for a dependable product.
- Innovative **Problem-Solver & Agile Learner**: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in exploring new territories with a swift learning attitude.
