**Commercial Recruitment Consultant, Stoke-on-Trent**

**Hours; Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm**

Quest Employment are one of midlands leading employment agencies, covering the Industrial, Commercial and Technical sector.Quest has 12 profit centre’s located throughout the Midlands, East Anglia and the home Counties.

Due to growth, we now require an Commercial Recruitment Consultant for our Stoke branch.

The role would be to build a successful Perms desk within both Commercial and Logistics sector, whilst ensuring repeat business.

**The role;
- To have a clear understanding of the Commercial temporary/permanent recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Building relationships with both existing Client contacts as well as developing new business.
- Conduct full and through registrations, ensuring all applicants meet the requirements of our clients
- Liaising with clients and meeting their requirements

Full JD available

**Skills/experience
- Proven track record of working within a professional, commercial recruitment environment
- Have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Planning and organising
- Sales driven
- Problem solving/decision making
- 6 months plus running a successful Commercial desk
