**AUTISM SUPPORT WORKER**

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

**Pay**: £70- £80 per day, depending on experience

Leader Education is currently recruiting for Autism Support Workers for a specialist SEN school in Bradford.

This specialist school provides education and support for pupils aged 3 - 19. Pupils are children who have severe and complex needs arising from communication and interaction difficulties, autism and severe learning difficulties. The school's aim is to providethe best possible care and education for these pupils by creating a safe and positive learning environment with a holistic and inclusive approach to learning.

Previous experience working with autism, learning difficulties and/or complex needs is a must.

Team Teach training is advantageous, however free training may be provided.

**You**:

- Ideally have previous experience with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Have a high standard of classroom skills
- Promote a positive, inclusive and integrated learning environment
- Have a passion for teaching and learning with the ability to make learning enjoyable and fun
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative working
