Salary**:£22,500 to £25,000**

**Your new Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice role**

You will be working on real-life marketing campaigns alongside developing your digital marketing skills and experience as part of a proven apprenticeship program which results in you being awarded a Level 3 qualification.

**Your impact as the team’s new Marketing Assistant**

In time, your contribution to the planning and implementation of NewmanFrancis’ marketing plan will result in more families and communities being helped by their team. They will be able to reach and help more residents in low-income communities by havingand developing your marketing skills. This really is a role where your learning and development will have an impact on many people both within the organisation and across communities in London.

Your apprenticeship will mean your new job not only helps to reach more communities across London but will ensure you’re able to develop your digital marketing skills and experience in a structured way.

**What will you learn as part of the digital marketing apprenticeship? Plentyincluding**:

- Social media marketing
- Website analytics
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Blog writing
- Content marketing
- Marketing strategy planning and implementation
- Data analysis of the marketing strategy
- Representing NewmanFrancis at conferences, meetings and events
- Developing your ideas and making your ideas count

**To thrive in this Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice role, you’ll have the following skills, experience and personality**:

- Passionate about developing a career in marketing
- Love learning
- Have a 'can do’ and solution focussed approach
- Able to write well such as blog and social media updates; able to tailor output for different audiences
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Good organisational skills
- Be familiar with social media platforms and experienced in their use
- Have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
- Requisite Maths and English qualifications for a Level 3 apprenticeship

Please note that if you already hold a marketing qualification you may not be eligible to complete this apprenticeship.
