Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with the Operations Support Team, you’ll be at the heart of keeping everything organised, up to date, and running smoothly.
Your duties will include, although not be limited to:
Recording and maintaining accurate records of the incoming tender opportunities which also includes;
- Monitoring and liaising with colleagues regarding clarification questions;
- Monitoring for notification of tender outcomes and advising appropriate colleagues accordingly;
- Updating records with tender outcomes and filing correspondence accurately
Contribute to maintaining the meeting rooms, kitchen area and general office space ensuring they are clean, tidy, presentable and suitable resources for colleagues, clients and visitors.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies of stationary, office and kitchen provisions and printer consumables.
- Support the Office Manager with administration relating to Environmental and Quality ISO Management
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing and shredding.
- Supporting H&S Managers to include items such as arranging the annual PAT Testing, servicing of fire extinguishers and emergency lighting testing
- Arranging for repairs/maintenance jobs to be completed within office when required
- Responsible for arranging and booking meeting rooms when required.
- Provide general administrative support to Office Manager and Directors as required
**Our Requirements - Project Support and Office Administrator**
- Experience is important, but you’ll need to have a passion and aptitude for developing a career within business administration in a busy office environment;
- Accurate and timely data entry skills, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Good numeracy skills;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively;
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel;
- Superb communication skills, with an outgoing personality and an eagerness to succeed in a dynamic and progressive business development culture.

You’ll primarily be based at our offices in Guildford, Surrey with some home working by agreement with the Office Manager.
