Bluestones staffing is working with a commercial client in Lisburn to recruit an all round finance administrator.

Location: Lisburn

Duration: Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000

Customer Support - dealing with any sales queries

Changing of prices to Website and keeping updated

Website refunds

Generating & printing of specific sales reports as instructed by Jeff

Stock - this needs cleansed - I spoke with Jill on Friday about this

Raising new product codes to Sage

Traders Support - we will show Jill what is to do, obviously with Dawn learning this aspect from when this was a Company requirement there is only the knowledge as to what we actually have grasped, it may require research by Jill to understand this. Again I spoke to Jill on Friday over this and she explained that this was not part of her Job role or Dept in her past job, I am aware of this.

Arrangement of Carriers - this is based on UK orders and dealing with Suppliers re weights etc and organising the transport side of things

Commodity Codes - again another aspect of Stock management, it is liaising with Suppliers and coding onto our Sage system

Quotations for Customers - I think Jill has this covered from past job role /s with Smiley Munroe, again we covered this on Friday.

Purchase Ordering - raising orders with Suppliers

Updating invoice and cost pricing - stock management

Updating and maintaining - sell prices, again straight forward

General upkeep of all pricing in order to maintain the correct structure required to maintain profit margins

Chasing up of Purchase orders with supplier and building a database in order to keep this recorded

Working alongside Jeff in order to maintain the stock system and upkeep with the general understanding of what is high and low levels

Stock input from a stock take.

My side for financial support:
Payment reporting and dealing with Suppliers whom are chasing payment and creating a weekly ledger of whom should be paid and answering Suppliers e mails or calls with a date of payment

Creating from the above information in order for me to pay Suppliers and to have the view of in the longer term setting up Supplier payments for myself to authorise.

Assisting with Credit control if and when ever required.
