TeacherActive Exeter is expanding, an exciting new opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of passionate recruitment professionals

Recruitment experience is not required. We’re looking for people who are confident, great communicators and have a lot of ambition. You’ll need to show resilience and be a team player.

Salary Expectations

Basic Salary
- £21,000-£30,000 (Depending on how much previous Recruitment experience you have) + Uncapped bonus

ALSO we now have a very exciting Reward Framework which enables you to increase your basic salary very quickly and also earn promotions

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting adverts to generate good responses
- Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for
- Screening applicants on the phone
- You will assist in filling vacancies

This is by no means a complete list; you need to be adaptable in recruitment as your day plan can change at a drop of a hat. Its exciting, fast paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, passion, and energy.

Working hours:

- In term time, Monday 7.30-5.30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7.30-5pm, Friday 7.30-4.30pm.
- In school holidays, Reduced hours - 8.30-3.30pm approx
- Office Based Full Time
