**Children's Residential Support Worker**

**Contract**: Permanent
**Salary**: £29,919 - £32,312 (includes sleep-in allowance)
**Location**: Lancaster

**About the Role**

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

- Provide emotional and practical support to children, helping to establish routines and activities such as cooking, sports, music, or even relaxing at home.
- Work collaboratively within a small team of six, supported by managers, multidisciplinary teams, education professionals, and outdoor activity specialists.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for children.

**Shift Pattern**
- Two days on, four days off, including sleep-ins, on a set rolling rota.
- Work just 10-11 days a month, offering a healthy work-life balance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Some level of experience working directly with children or in a care capacity (doesn’t have to be in a residential setting).
- **Qualifications**: Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce or equivalent (or already have it).
