**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage the classroom effectively to support students in completing their work.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere, supporting students' learning and development.

- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
