**The Role**

**Customer Service Adviso**r (maternity cover)

You'll be working for Jewson, in Southport.

**Hours of work**: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm, and alternate Saturday 8am - 12pm

We provide expert, straight-forward advice to the UK's major infrastructure, housing, utilities, and industrial/commercial development projects, coupled with unrivalled access to the world's most innovative products.

**What will I be doing in the role?**

Our Internal Sales Assistant is one of our most important roles in the business. A great Sales Advisor will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.
- A basic understanding/interest in the products and market
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrable customer service focus
- IT literate
- Able to create and maintain successful relationships
- Able to handle difficult situations and diffuse conflict

**Requirements**:

- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Driving counterbalance FLT
- Health & Safety conscious
- Previous experience within a similar trade/ background would be advantageous but not essential
