An opportunity has arisen within the UK Managing Director & Executive Group Director Engineering office team. The role will support the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Personal Assistant for the UK Managing Director & Executive Group Director Engineeringto deliver effective and efficient governance, coordination of events and management of data.

The post holder is required to be proactive in managing a busy workload, have excellent time management and prioritisations skills and able to work under pressure. The applicant will need to operate with the upmost discretion and exhibit the ability to effectivelymanage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. A range of soft skills including influencing and emotional intelligence, are key to the success in this role.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the governance elements of the UK Managing Director and Executive Group Director Engineering office
- Planning and supporting leadership events
- Analysing and collating company data to produce dashboards and performance summaries for leadership meetings
- Managing systems that control and monitor processes such as gifts and hospitality, risk management and donations & sponsorship
- Trouble shooting issues with IT and communications
- Supporting early careers development for our graduate placements

The role will require occasional travel.
