We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Assistant to support our busy finance office and help ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Cash management including collecting, counting and banking
- Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
- Organising transport and payment schemes for school trips and events
- Liaising with suppliers, staff, and parents
- Ensuring compliance with school financial policies and procedures

**We’re looking for someone**:

- With good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Organised, accurate, and able to meet deadlines
- Who is a good communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Who can work on their own initiative
