**What you’ll do as Procurement Officer**:
As Procurement Officer you’ll be responsible for supporting the efficient process of procurement and and contrabuting towards planning.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Facilitating the flow of work and materials for the factory.
- Ensure smooth delivery of purchase orders, planning schedules and coordinate accordinly with the internal planning and procurment teams.
- Attend production meetings and work towards improving delivery times.
- Communicate with our suppliers and negotiate terms and costings.

**What you’ll need as Procurement Officer**:

- Highly motivated, team player with good organisation skills who is able to work under pressure.
- Ideally have experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience of planning tools i.e. ERP/MRP and vendor management, other related business management systems, Microsoft Office, Excel would be adventageuos.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong proven problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to changing workload demands in an operational environment.
- Drive for continuous development and process improvement.
