**Job overview**:
We require a full time experienced and motivated individual to provide effective and comprehensive PA support to the NCA Cancer Senior Leadership Team and to be an integral part of the Cancer Triumvirate and wider team. This challenging and diverse role will include providing a full administrative service, organising and taking minutes at complex cancer related meetings, preparation of agendas and associated paperwork. You will have proven skills in prioritising and managing competing workloads/deadlines to ensure requirements are met. Previous experience of working as a PA / Secretary is required along with exceptional organisational and time management skills.

You must have effective communication skills both written and verbal and be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the service. You must be able to work as part of a Team.

**Essential criteria**:

- Microsoft Office Qualifications or equivalent demonstrable skills
- Word processing - qualified to RSA Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- English GCSE/O Level Grade C or above/equivalent demonstrable skills
- IT literate with developed skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous experience of working as a PA/Secretary

**Desirable criteria**:

- Relevant qualification in Business Administration or Equivalent
- Previous experience of working in an NHS organisation

**Skills**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Experience of organising and taking minutes at large and complex meetings
- Good organisational skills and time management skills
- Previous experience of working to support Senior Managers
