**About the Role**

We're searching for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant with a passion for the digital world and a willingness to learn. This role is a stepping stone towards a career as a Digital Marketing Executive, and you'll receive mentorship and training to help you progress. You'll assist with a range of marketing initiatives, supporting the creation of engaging content and campaigns across multiple platforms.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation of digital content for a variety of channels, ensuring it aligns with clients' brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Help manage social media accounts and schedules, engaging with audiences and compiling performance reports.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and campaign tracking, to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to contribute to the team’s strategic planning.
- Is a proactive team player with a genuine interest in developing a career in digital marketing.
- Shows an eagerness to learn and contribute to a team’s success.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- A foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- A creative mindset with a willingness to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- GCSEs A - C in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
