Q Brands Plus have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing sportswear company. We have an ambitious vision and are looking to increase our market share in the sportswear industry in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Whilst a sportswear background is advantageous, it is not essential. This role is ideal for a hardworking and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Artist within the sports apparel industry, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that resonate with athletes and sports enthusiasts. Collaborating closely with the design team, marketing department, and sales managers, you'll play a pivotal role in translating concepts into graphics that enhance the brand's identity and appeal to target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualization and Design
- Generate graphic concepts for sports apparel, including jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and other merchandise. Develop graphics that align with brand guidelines, market trends, and target demographics.

**Artwork Creation**
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality digital artwork.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product designers, marketers, and merchandisers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.

**Research and Trend Analysis**
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the sports apparel market.

**Brand Consistency**
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring that graphics reflect the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards while infusing creativity and originality into designs.

**Production Support**
- Prepare design files for production, collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork on apparel and promotional materials.
- Review prototypes and samples to verify quality and accuracy.

**Deadline Management**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate project timelines and milestones effectively to stakeholders, addressing any potential roadblocks proactively.
